Planning An Event with St. Patrick’s:

St Patrick's is implementing a new process to ensure that our different ministry groups don't schedule overlapping events. If your group wants to schedule an event, please follow these steps (and find them on our website here.)

  1. Check St Patrick's calendar with Heidi and/or online at https:///www.stpatrickspagosa.org/calendar

  2. Write down answers to these questions:

  • What is the event?

  • When is it planned for?

  • Is it ongoing or a single event?

  • Is anything else going on that week at St Patrick's?

  • Who is in charge?

  • What resources are needed (is it covered by your ministry line item or do you need to find another way to find the event?)

  • Do you expect staff presence/participation?

  • Do you have audiovisual support or setup support needs? Who have you talked to/will you talk to about assisting with those needs?

    3. Share the information above with your vestry representative (see list below) and with Wren to get the event approved, then contact Heidi to get the event on the church calendar.

    4. If needed, submit newspaper articles to Tony Aldwell for editing and coordination with other articles.
